Exotic Winter Birds In Flight

Feb 19, 2017 | By: Blain Harasymiw Photography

The most visually stunning exotic birding photo opportunities usually occur when birds are in PreFlight or landing also when displaying dramatic behavior, usually during feeding and mating rituals.
The migratory steller’s sea eagle with a wing span of 7-8 feet, one of our biggest eagles and extremely ferocious, is just one of the exotic birds you will encounter on our annual winter photo tour in Hokkaido, Japan. Also, the black kite, golden eagle, white-tailed eagle, red-crowned crane, whooper swan and a variety of other subarctic wildlife awaits you. The birding and wildlife adventure of a lifetime!

Spaces are limited for our Feb 2018 Premier photo tour of Japan, reserve your spot today!
