Light Illuminations Photography In Japan

Throughout Japan, the nights are sparkling with brilliant light illuminations; making time stand still. Japan is a nation of festivals; annually I attended around one hundred. Cherry blossom viewing, which began in eight century, today students and company employees take a half or a full day to view the cherry trees in full bloom; this is also when the Japanese fiscal and school year begins in April, the season of the Sakura. On my annual spring "photo tour Japan" participants and I can experience the very best lighting events, Nippon has to offer. Samurai castles are blanketed with the cherry trees which are symbolic of Japan’s uniqueness; this unique rarity is mainly obscured, especially when you are given tourist brochure one-liners. Half of my life has been spent in pursuit connecting with Japanese folk religions; which I happily share with traveling companions.
