Leanne Moreton Private Cherry Blossom Photography Tour Workshops April 3 - 12, 2018

Day 1, April 3, Tuesday,  Meet after breakfast between 9AM 9:30AM at Cerulean Hotel Tokyo, 

Day 2, April 4, Wednesday, 

Day 3, April 5, Thursday, Kuon-Ji temple Yamanashi’s most famous weeping cherry blossoms tree. Oboshi Park, top 100 Cherry Blossom festival Viewing Spots in Japan, with panoramic views of Mt. Fuji, Mt. Yatsugatake. There are over 2000 cherry blossoms trees with lighting at night.  

Day 4, April 6, Friday,  Matsumoto Castle National Treasure Japan built in 1504, used officially by the Samurai until 1868. Local it is known as Kurasu-Jo or crow castle due to its grandeur’s black exterior. During Cherry blossom season the castle and cherry trees are beautifully lit up, and the reflection of the castle in its moat is stunningly beautiful and dramatic. Overnight Matsumoto 

Day 5, April 7, Anraku-Ji Soto Buddhist Temple founded in the 8th century. In the temple ground, there is an octagonal three-storied pagoda that was built in the late 1200's its the only one of its kind remaining in Japan and is designated a National Treasure. Ueda Village, Ueda Castle Cherry blossom festival. 

Day 6, 7, April 8, 9, Sunday - Monday, You will have up close and personal encounters with the wild Japanese macaque and photograph newborn baby snow monkeys as proud mother show them off. In spring you will also be able to photograph monkeys enjoying the hot springs. Blain, your tour workshop leader, visits Jigokudani Yaen-Koen Snow Monkey Park throughout the year and is familiar with individual monkeys in the region including their rank and behaviors, so you will be well prepared to get the very best shots.  

Day 8, 9, April 10, 11, Tuesday - Wednesday, Mt. Fuji and t’s five surrounding lakes. The Sea of Trees, Ice Caves, Shirato Waterfalls. The perfect cherry blossoms at Chureito Pagoda with iconic Fujisan and a sea of cherry blossom trees. 

Day 10, April 12, Thursday, In the late afternoon at Mt. Fuji we will pack it up, drop off and departure Tokyo, Kanagawa, or Yokohama. Thank you, and we look forward to the next adventure.

Price: $6000USD. $1000USD deposit recived by Leanne Moreton on January 28, 2018, by credit card to Blain Haraysmiw Photography. The remaining amount $5000USD will be paid in person to Blain Harasymiw by Leanne Moreton on April 3, 2018.
Workshop Includes professional photograph workshop guide instruction, a detailed itinerary with clothing and gear recommendations, plus after support to identify species and locations photographed in Japan via email.

Not Included in the price: All booking, All lodgings, all meals, all transportation, all vehicle gas and highway fees. These fees/costs will be paid in person by Leanne Moreton when on the photography workshop for Leanne Moreton, Blain Harasymiw, Manami Kishimoto, as agreed upon between Blain Harasymiw Photography and Leanne Moreton.
