Our Celestial Dome

Our planet's celestial dome dreams through our sky. This image was taken while I was leading a photo tour in Niigata, Japan. Taken fifteen, minutes after sunset, most leave just when the sun sets. I find this to be a mistake, stay for the entire show, at least 30 minutes after the sun goes down, you just might get a very nice surprise.
