The interplay of light, especially during golden hour seems to magnify the beauty of the autumn colored leaves.  And just as the blue hour changes to golden hour, you can photograph the same scene and have remarkably different results.  The unpredictable element of nature is part of what makes photography such an amazing art.  As your Japan autumn photo tour leader, I will help you harness the power of those potentially unpredictable moments in nature into once in a lifetime photos.  You may have questions while we are in the field, and as the workshop leader, I am always available and open to answer questions and help you capture pictures that are gallery worthy.  Sometimes all it takes is one small rethink to your approach to make a photo extraordinary.  And even after your Japan autumn photo tour has ended with me and you’ve visited so many spots in Japan such as Akita, Yamagata, Aomori, Iwate,  Nagano, Yamanashi, Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefectures, and others.  Please know I always enjoy communication with past participants to help with editing, giving locations where an image was take, or naming a particular species.  And I always enjoy keeping a dialog with friends to help for future adventures in Japan and abroad off the beaten path.
